Check if you have email and message scanning in Norton turn ON. If it is OFF, turn this ON and restart computer

yahoo e-mail isnt working all you have to do to fix that is delete all of yahoo [ reboot computer ]. then go back and down load all of yahoo [ reboot computer ]. there is a lost yahoo file in your computer that is why yahoo isnt working right. good luck

Reply:is it an "email attachment" that you're trying to open up from your yahoo email ?
if so.. it's possible that the file was not attached properly
or yahoo may be updating their site in your area
